The season will kick-off on Friday, August 13, when newly-promoted Brentford play against Arsenal. That last round of matches will be on May 22.

Top-flight football in Germany will return on Friday, August 13, when champions Bayern Munich visit Borussia Monchengladbach, and complete on May 14.
Last season Bayern won the title easily. Continuing their domination, Bayern also took RB Leipzig’s manager Julian Nagelsmann who is one of the most highly-rated young managers right now. Borussia Dortmund finished third in the Bundesliga last season and RB Leipzig finished one place and one point ahead of Dortmund but were still some way off Bayern.
Ligue 1
Ligue 1 begins on August 7, running through to May 21. On the opening weekend, champions Lille travel to Metz, while Troyes host PSG.
PSG have been the Ligue 1 champions nine times, and seven of those championships have come in the recent 10 years. They have been dominant in the French league. But last season PSG failed to finish at the top and were defeated by Lille by one point.
