After two huge semi-finals, the UEFA EURO 2020 final will be played at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday 11 July. Make the game more thrilling by betting online on Cyber.bet!
For the first time in EURO history, England will play in the final. After their World Cup success in 1966, England have lost the semi-finals of five major tournaments: EURO’68 and ’96, the 1990 and 2018 World Cups and the 2019 UEFA Nations League. However, they have beaten Germany, Ukraine and Denmark to get a chance to fight for the champion title this time.
Italy’s only EURO title was in 1968. They also lost the finals of 2000 and 2012, however since becoming continental champions they have won two of their four World Cups. The Azzurri beat Spain on penalties on Tuesday and if that, technically, paused their 13-game winning streak (and record of 15 EURO victories in a row, including qualifying), they remain unbeaten in 33 last games.
