Showdown is a qualification stage on the way toward Fall Finals. Initially planned as a LAN event with a prize pool of $325,000, the competition was subsequently replaced by an online one split into two regional divisions (Europe and NA). However, later it was decided to merge the divisions into one.

So then, based in Europe, an online tournament will run on November 23-29. Sixteen teams from Europe, America, CIS, and Brazil will contend for Fall Finals slots and an overall $150,000 prize fund. Besides seven invited participants, there will be teams that took third and fourth group positions in the Regular Season games. Additionally, two teams got spots for entering the finals of Elisa Invitational Fall 2020; and another remaining slot is for a winner of FiReLEAGUE Latin Power Fall 2020.

The contestants will play three rounds of bo3 matches according to a single-elimination system. The two top teams will advance to Fall Finals, each will get $25,000 and 1500 BLAST Premier points.

Who will seize the last opportunity to qualify for the long-awaited Fall Finals? For instance, such teams as Complexity, FURIA, and Evil Geniuses have failed in the Regular Season, and now they’re striving to bounce back! Let’s get ready to watch enormous and intense fighting, for a great number of strong and highly motivated teams will compete for only two slots! Much is at stake, all the contestants are well aware of that and intend to make it all the way!
