Cyber.Bet Dota 2 Spring Series – Europe. Qualifiers preview

On May 7 Cyber.Bet Dota 2 Spring Series European closed qualifiers start. Open qualifiers were held on May 5-6 with more than 80 teams took part. Mongolian team IMG and Romanian No Bounty Hunter became the winners of the open qualifiers.

This is a brief preview on the teams that take part in Cyber.Bet Dota 2 Spring Series – Europe closed qualifiers. It is worth mentioning that the best Dota 2 betting options can be found at Cyber.Bet.

NOVA

NOVA is an academy roster of Team Unique. They asserted themselves last autumn when they qualified for MDL Chengdu Major CIS Closed Qualifiers under the name of My-MyTAHTbI. They did not show great results but took DPC points and went on playing versus the best CIS teams. After undergoing roster changes this spring, NOVA started to win their games versus other tier-2-3 teams and even won Home Camp online tournament.

IMG

NOVA is facing Mongol team IMG featuring relatively known Retribution and SANKE who played for team Mongolz. With that team they took part on different Southeast Asian tournaments and even beat solid local teams. It is important to understand that IMG are going to play with high ping and this make their victory over more experienced teams extremely unlikely.

TEMPO

Tempo is a team consisted of unknown Serbian and Lebanon players as well as experienced Ctoatian Mitch. He even played DotA Allstars and was a part of Fnatic Balkan roster in 2011-2012. Mitch’s experience is the only thing that TEMPO can rely one. From their five last games, they won just one, versus Kazakhstan Team Solid.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

In 2016 this tag featured such player as God or ALOHADANCE. At the moment F.R.I.E.N.D.S. are consisted from relatively unknown and unexperienced players apart from Sedoy and sayuw. The roster is very unstable and is changing frequently. Despite this, F.R.I.E.N.D.S. always have solid players to give fight to any team of tier-2-3 level.

Family Team

Young Russian organization gathered Yolo Knight roster not long before the Cyber.Bet Cup start. The team also changed two players as well-known players Niqua and Rajjix were substituted by less experienced young prospects. It is worth mentioning that team is consisted from players from both CIS and Europe.

Team Heroic

Do not be confused with the name of the team, it has nothing in common with Danish esports organization. The team features young Russian and Unkrainian players and famous streamer y0nd who tries to become pro but still do not success in it.

FlyToMoon 2.0

Yet another roster with big names. Nongrata and Nofear took 9-12 places at The International 8 while Fishman showed himself at The International 9 CIS qualifiers. At the moment the roster is facing hard times and they lost to teams like NOVA without any chance. Another experienced player Illidan decided to take a break from Dota and was substituted by Dutch player Crystallis.

No Bounty Hunter

The winners of the second open qualifier consist of Romanian players only. Those who follow Dota 2 for a long time can find some familiars names.  Ar1se, Flash and iLLusionisT are playing on pro level for a long time, although they did not succeed much. The main plot of any game featuring NBH is if their opponents are going to ban Ar1se signature Magnus who is totally out of meta.

Do not forget to bet on Cyber.Bet Spring Series with the best odds.
