Great news for Dota 2 fans! EPIC League Season 3 will run from March 2 to March 21!

The tournament organizers will invite 16 Dota 2 squads from Europe and CIS directly, without hosting qualifiers. The event will start right with the group stage, where participants will play five rounds of best-of-3 matches in the Swiss-system format. The 8 strongest teams will proceed to Division 1, and others will be sent to Division 2. The playoffs are scheduled for March 14 in the first division, and for March 15 – in the second one. In the playoffs, the contestants will play in a double-elimination format. The overall prize fund for the tournament will amount to $100,000, with $85,000 for Division 1 and $15,000 for Division 2.

Let’s recall, the winner of EPIC League Season 2, which was running at the end of last year, was Virtus.Pro, and the victor of the first season was VP.Prodigy. As for now, Virtus.Pro, Natus Vincere, Team Secret are among the strongest Dota 2 teams, but we don’t even know if they will take part in EPIC League Season 3. The participant list is not yet revealed. The hosts will announce invited teams soon, and we are eagerly waiting for that! Stay with Cyber.bet not to miss out on the main esports events and news!
