We’ve promised to keep you updated, haven’t we? So then, here you are! Recently, the organizers have brought us up to speed on Valorant First Strike.
The online qualification stage of First Strike: Europe will start on November 9 and will last till November 22. This phase will provide players an opportunity to compete for further participation in the main competition.
The contestants will get through four rounds. The sixteen best participants will be moved forward to the play-ins, whereby two rounds will seed the eight top teams qualified for quarter-finals.
The main event will start on December 3 with the quarter-finals, the teams will be paired off to keep fighting for taking part in the semi-finals on December 5. And the next day, the two strongest competitors will have a final encounter.
The qualifiers and play-ins will be held in bo1 format; play-offs, quarter-finals, and semi-finals will feature bo3 matches; finals are set to be bo5 games.
Also, the organizers have shared the news that more regions will join the event. They are Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong. In the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand, registrations are already opened. In Malaysia and Singapore, it will kick off on October 17, and in Hong Kong, it will start on November 1.
