Six Major 2020 Stage 2

As far as you probably know, an offline Six Major tournament was canceled and replaced by an online one with regional divisions. They are NA, Europe, Asian & Pacific, and LATAM. 

Having started from October 30, the competitions will last till November 29. The Latin American games have already ended in Team Liquid’s victory in Brazil and Estral Esports’ triumph in Mexico. The winners got $50,000 and $10,000 accordingly. 

European and North American competitions are just around the corner. European games will run from November 6 to November 8. Four European League teams will compete for total prize money of $125,000; they are BDS Esport, Team Empire, Tempra Esports, Virtus.pro. The NA tournament is reported to run offline without spectators at the Esports Arena in Las Vegas. The competition will take place on November 13-15 with the participation of three United States League teams (Oxygen Esports, DarkZero Esports, Team SoloMid) and a qualifier winner (Spacestation Gaming). The overall prize fund for the region will amount to $125,000. All main matches will be in bo3 format; the grand final will be a bo5 game. 

Six Major will end in the Asian & Pacific competition on November 25-29. This regional tournament will have three sub-divisions. North division teams (Cloud9, Xavier Esports, FAV gaming, GUTS Gaming, Giants Gaming, CYCLOPS athlete gaming) will fight for an $80,000 prize pool. In Oceania, PK, ÅŒkami, and WCG will compete for $30,000 in prize money. And in South Asia, $15,000 will be spread among MercenarieZ, MonkaS, Union Gaming, L2K.
