The 16th Round of the UEFA Champions League is drawing to a close. The quarterfinal field is going to be set this month. The series of the first leg matches have already ended with the following results:
- Barcelona 1:4 PSG
- Leipzig 0:2 Liverpool
- Sevilla 2:3 Borussia D
- Porto 2:1 Juventus
- Atletico 0:1 Chelsea
- Lazio 1:4 Bayern

And now, the series of return matches are in full swing, which will determine the further scenario: who will drop out of the League and who will be through to the quarterfinals. Thus far, two quarterfinalists are already known, while two football clubs have been knocked out.
Even though Juventus managed to win a return match against Porto with a 3:2 score, it’s the Portuguese that have made it into the quarterfinals due to the higher number of goals. Borussia Dortmund drew 2:2 with Sevilla in the second leg match and has progressed to the quarterfinals.
As a reminder, the Round of 16 wraps up next week with six more matches (all the events are already available to bet on at Cyber.bet). There are two significant games to take place tonight: Liverpool vs. Leipzig, Paris Saint-Germain vs. Barcelona. Leipzig needs to play the upcoming match with a three-goal advantage in order to win. It’s a great challenge! It’s quite evident that Liverpool has a better chance here. Barcelona is in a similar situation. To pull four goals back in Paris will be extremely difficult.
On March 16, Real Madrid will encounter Atalanta, while Manchester City – Borussia. Nothing has been determined for Real Madrid vs. Atalanta pair so far. Despite Real Madrid’s 1:0 victory, both opponents have quite even chances. As for the Manchester City vs. Borussia matchup, the obvious favorite is Manchester City here.
Two more return matches will be on March 17: Bayern Munich vs. Lazio Roma, Chelsea vs. Atletico Madrid. Bayern is expected to show an easy win again, while Chelsea might be more favored in the match against Atletico.
