Dota 2 Cyber.Bet: Spring Series Europe has come to its end. In the grand final Vikin.gg faced OG Seed. OG academy team made it to the grand final through the upper bracket and beat Vikin.gg in the second round. Before the decisive series, OG Seed have lost only one map.
They started to prove their favorite status from the very beginning. Their aggressive draft with Chen, Pugna and Beastmaster started to snowball from the very beginning and Vikin.gg could barely do something. Their first tower fell before minute ten, while they destroyed only one tower for the whole game. On the second map, Vikin.gg picked Beastmaster themselves and Chen was banned by OG. Seed again started well but them took unnecessary fights and let Vikin.gg to come back on the map and in the series.
On the third map OG again were ahead as Madara had free farm, but just one extremely bad fight costed them the map. Finally, on the fourth map Vikin.gg managed to give OG fight from the laning phase and several good fights in the mid-game gave them the key to victory.
Therefore, Vikin.gg won the first Dota 2 Cyber.Bet Cup and earned $3900 prize money. OG Seed won $2100 and Aggressive Mode received $1000 for the third place.
